Apply your BB-CREAM & conceal necessary spots
Then your powder your face
Begin with your eyeshadows- brands not listed...therefore, just use similar pigments that you've already own
Use #1 a natural beige color lighter than your skin tone and apply all over your leads including the bottom lid to brighten your eyes
Begin at your teardrops and apply #2 a yellow pigment towards the middle of your eyes (upper & lower lid as shown)
Then start to blend in the orange pigment #3 from the middle of your eyes towards the corners making a gradient of those two colors across your lids. Blend well!
Apply the blue shadow #4 a pigmented and vibrant blue from the middle portion of your eyes towards the corners. Making sure to sweep upwards so your eyes won't look sad. Also sweep the shadow towards your lower lids as well as shown in pic.
Apply black liner of your choice, pencil form
Apply it thick so that you can see the liner when you open your eyes, but not too thick as to conceal the shadow. Begin from the your tear drops extending it upwards further than the corners of your eyes as shown.
Line your lower lid as well making sure to stay on the inner portion as shown.
To enhance the liner, you can overlay it with a liquid liner making it sharper and and more intense
To apply your falses fist cut it to the length of your eyes
Apply your 1st layer of false lashes, not thick enough?...
Then apply a 2nd layer of false lashes
Cut under the lashes making it a little spaced and shorter to apply on your lower lid
Overlay with mascara
Results after the lashes
Fill in your brows
Apply a light pink lipstick
