I would write out a tutorial but since these pictures are rather self explanatory, I don't think it will be too difficult to follow. For the bow design, you'll have to buy an acrylic powder with sparkles. However; since that's harder to obtain, I think you can make a pretty good bow by first drawing the bow with a black polish, then go over it with a silver glitter polish. Although the bow will not be 3D as pictured, but still pretty.

DESIGN 2:
A neat design and quite simple. Instead of using the metallic pearls, I would rather use a diamond rhinestone or pearls over a light pink solid polish.

The design struck me as unique, although the color combination aren't the best. Also, I would replace the square rhinestones with pearls.
