Paint your nails with a light pink polish.
Maint glitter to just the middle part of your nails
Start drawing a flower with your brush or use a toothpick and drop 5 white dots of polish on your nails then use the other end of your toothpick to drag each of the dots to converge into 1 point in the middle making your flower. Do the same with your 2nd flower on the glitter portion.
