You'll need a scarf
Have your hair in loose curls with styling gell & a little hairspray.
Part away your sides just before your ears as shown, and do this on both sides.
Divide the rest of the middle portion of the hair around your crown into a half-updo, & tightly tie it with a thin hair tie that matches your hair color.
After you secure the hair tie, partially pull some of the hair on your crown in an upward motion to create some volume and a little poof.
Optional* you could've also teased your crown and spritz it with hairspray ahead of time before you tie them. That would've save the previous step.
Take the sides portion that you left out previously, and starting on your right side and pull that over your hair tie and pin it underneath the ponytail with with bobbies. Ensure that your hair tie is hidden.
This is where it gets kind of confusing, wrap the left section of your hair over and under the last portion that you just pinned down, and pin that to the pony tail.
Tease the crown some more.
Tie the scarf underneath the pony tail making sure to knot it.
Then tie a bow afterwards.
Lastly, Fix your bangs and mist with hairspray.
