I have the Lovely ME:EX blush and it's wonderful, I might do a review on it soon. It comes with a cute little white poof and it's quite pigmented.
Apply moisturizer, concealer especially under your eyes, liquid foundation for a full coverage, then seal everything with powder.
Fill in your brows with a brow pencil or powder form. Apply shadow primer then
7) apply a light cream/white shadow as shown
8) Next apply a brownish orange tint shadow across your upper lid
Apply the same shadow to your lower lid, then line with a BROWN liner for a natural look extending the line just a bit past the corners of your eyes.
17) apply highlighter in that motion on the height of your cheek bones
18) Then apply blush in a circular motion
19) next apply a redish pink gloss on the inner portion of your lips then a lighter gloss on the outer borders
Lastly apply some mascarra to give a set of full lashes
