At work as a receptionist today. & I found this tutorial, I really like how they do the leopard spots. Not the solid colors or the jewels so much. But that depends on your taste. Try it out~!
paint the base coat 1st.
Paint all of your nails blue.
Paint over the blue polish with a glittery black polish, making it diagonally, don't worry about the mess, you can clean it up with acetone later.
make another diagonal stripe
practice making irregular pink spots on paper
bordering them with black polish
try them on your nails.
making sure the spots are spaced and leave room for the black borders later.
use a black polish brush pen
