Majority of Indian women can be seen wearing braids. In recent years, braids have gained an immense popularity all over the world. Even, several men love to style their long hair into braids. To get into this style, wash your hair, dry them, detangle them using comb a and then pull them away from the forehead to backwards with a hair brush. Grab some hair just above your ear. Starting from the hairline, begin twisting the hair into a braid. You can make use of either regular braiding technique or French braiding style. Fix the bottom of the braid with a hair tie to keep it in position. Now, pull all the hair (including the braid) into a ponytail at the rear of your head.
Two Braids Rolled into Bun
To wear this hair style, you will have to create two braids. Partition the hair at your back into two sections. With each section, make a normal braid. Now, both the braids are tied together into a single thick braid with the help of a rubber band. The rubber band may be twisted in criss-cross manner all over the braid. Finally, twist the braid into a bun and secure with bobby pins.
Cornrow braids
Cornrows are a famous West African style of braiding the hair along the scalp. To make a cornrow braid, first of all, part a section of hair from hairline to nape. Next, take a portion of hair at the front of the section. Now, the portion is divided into three equal strands. Take the left strand under and to the right. Then, take the right strand under and to the left. Move your hands slightly backwards, add some hair to the middle strand and repeat the process. Similarly, you can make as many cornrows as you want. Usage of colorful rubber bands doesn’t let the cornrows to unwind and makes the style eye-catching.
