Prepare a side braid with a small portion of hair beside your ears.
Do the same on the other side
Use the 1st side braid on your right and twist it around the remaining hair in the back that's already pre-curled.
Pin that down with bobbies
Pull the other braid on your left under the pony tail, twisting around the pony then pin down that braid as well.
