~ make a drawn template of the shape shown about according to your prefer size
~black elastic
~Scissors
~Razor
~Make 2 slits and and 2 holes on each side using your razor or scissors
Pull one ends through each of its nearby slits & do the same with the other end
String the elastic through the holes on both ends and knot them
Finish product! it's that simple!
