Material: FELT
~ cut 2 long strips
~ and one circle to be the base of the flower
~Fold the strip in half and hot glue the ends
~cut the slits halfway through the strip
~ hot glue the 2nd strip to the circle
~Then roll the strip into a flower
~ when done rolling hot glue the flower to the circular base with the 2nd strip attached
~ You can then hot clue a hair clip or this flower to a sweater!
